Weald of Kent Grammar School is a selective Girls Grammar School for 11-18 year olds with a roll of approximately 2000 students, including our co-educational Sixth Form. This girls only secondary school has 1,817 pupils, with a capacity of 2,475, aged from eleven up to eighteen, and the type of establishment is academy converter. Grammar school supporters will see this as a symbolic boost for a type of school that was phased out in most parts of England more than 40 years ago.
