Brilliance Fab Berlin GmbH has a complete assembly line for automatic construction of complex optical systems at its disposal, best suited for the production of microintegrated systems based on semiconductor laser diodes. With this equipment we can realize the whole production process on-site, ranging from assembling the semiconductor lasers on heatsinks, to bonding the electric connections, on to installing all optical elements. Automatic assembly processes and well trained, flexible developers and operators guarantee adaptable and effective production.
